Shelly's Wedding Flowers take pride in their attention to detail and believe in offering a personal service to their valued customers.
This website enables you to select products and order them online, however all financial transactions are carried out offline. Your order and contact information will be submitted to Shelly's Wedding Flowers and will be followed up by a phone call or email within 24 hours to confirm your order and arrange payment.
Shelly's Wedding Flowers accepts Visa, Mastercard, money order, bank cheque, paypal and direct deposit.
We deliver to Australia, New Zealand and most countries.
Please allow approximately 8 weeks from the order date of your flowers to be ready for collection or delivery. This of course will depend on the urgency of your order, pre-existing orders, and supplier stock availability. Waiting periods may vary from time to time.
Postage and Handling costs are not included in flower prices. These will be supplied when your order is placed. If you would like a quote for this before your order is placed, feel free to email Shelly with the amount of flowers you would like to order.
Registered Post/Insurance is highly recommended, as Shelly’s Wedding Flowers takes no responsibility for the time of delivery, damage and items lost in the post.

SAMPLES
Some flower colours may vary on different computers, please ask about the possiblity of purchasing a sample if you are unsure. For example Red flowers may appear slightly different on different computers.
I can sell sample flowers for most products, please ask about cost if you
would like to order one. Postage and Handling costs are also charged. Samples
are available if I have stock in my studio. If the flower you require is
a special buy in, then a sample may not be available as most of my suppliers
will only sell full boxes and not single flowers.
RETURNS
With custom made orders, Shelly will provide photos to the customer of their bouquet/product prior to delivery. Confirmation of the photos by the customer signifies their agreement to the bouquet/product design.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your
mind or make a wrong decision.
Custom orders are also non refundable.
